If your maintenance is 2000 calories per day, then scale back accordingly.Also parts, I do not care about high fat content of this table ... because every last gram of fat in this meal is very healthy ... of pecans, olive oil, Udo's oil, fresh avocado ... and yes, even fat from egg yolks is good for you!
