I had to turn the iPhone and iTouch software as a gift for my birthday - I was delighted to move to Reading Device Kindle 2. My initial impression is I love it. I was happy with the iPhone / Touch - but the larger screen is invaluable. Especially since I'm a knitter, I like being able to send his models to wear with my reading. There are some quirks I would like to see addressed in a future release - - even my old Rocket eBook was backlit - good for all nights I was up late with my kids! - Refresh the screen is a bit Blinky - its green / gray background is a bit distracting - white option would be nice - put some common symboles on the keyboard like @ and -. I may have more overtime, but I can say this is a device that will quickly be always wit

Finally, we have little bullet. This device is one of my better purchases. It is extremely easy to use and compact. I love the dictionary feature, even tho we've only used it a few times - so much easier than in regard to stop reading, take a hard copy dictionary, find my place in the book again, so I Kindle reading device like that always knows what page I left reading. My favorite feature is probably being able to read samples of books before buying. That a book can be ordered and downloaded in a minute or so is maddening. I've always been an avid reader, but now I find I read more, because Kindle Reading Device is so convenient. It goes wherever I go and have the option to have text to speech, if I am in a very interesting story and need to drive somewhere. I only had my Kindle readin
