Eating only for energy and muscle repair

It was often said that one should eat to live instead of living to eat. It seems understandable enough, but how many really take to heart implying? For many, there is nothing more enjoyable than eating satisfaction. In some cases, may even be a way of anesthesia itself against pain unpleasantness.
